“First thing is there is a roach on the floor, one time its raining where going to the pier cause my ship is there so were trying to borrow UMBRELLA and the staff there they wont borrow us. Its kinda annoying, common its just a umbrella we will put it back! Last thing breakfast is we order and i request for delivery in the room but they have to charge you service fee! Omg”

“The property is outdated. A lot of ant, insects, and cocroach. Water in the sink is dripping. The bedroom is smell likely a mouldy food and the swimming is dirty.”

“Staff were very nice and welcoming and check-in was a breeze! The room was very spacious and comfortable and when we needed an ironing board and a hairdryer they delivered it to us. The breakfast that we had in the morning was delicious and a great size! It was a lovely trip and short stay and my fiancé and I look forward to coming back :)”
